BlockBeats news: On September 10th, according to multiple KOLs including on-chain detective Cobie, Ethereum co-founder Vitalik's Twitter account was hacked and phishing links were posted. ZachXBT has reported that the hacker has stolen $691,000. Vitalik appears to have discovered the issue and the tweets containing the phishing links have been deleted.
The discovery of the hack on Vitalik's account was made only 15 minutes ago, according to BlockBeats. Vitalik's Twitter account posted a free link to a Proto Danksharding commemorative NFT related to ConsenSys, which was read by tens of thousands in a short period of time. Vitalik is currently in Singapore and has yet to respond.
