Haru Invest plans to prioritize the distribution of assets recovered from asset management companies to its members, and the timing of asset distribution will depend on the investigation results.

On September 9th, BlockBeats reported that Hugo Lee, CEO of Haru Invest, sent a letter to Haru Invest members explaining his position on recovery requests from some users. He stated that the bankruptcy reorganization of the company does not represent the interests of all members, and that their responsibility is to recover member assets as much as possible from the asset management company and distribute them fairly to all Haru Invest members. During the court inquiry, Lee explained the facts about the entities with substantial contractual relationships with Haru members and the entities with asset ownership. Specifically, the company that was subject to the recovery case was not the entity that actually operated the Haru Invest service, and therefore, they do not have any actual interest in the recovery due to the lack of any remaining value, including assets. Regarding the asset distribution plan, Lee stated that in addition to the assets recovered from B&S Holdings, they plan to prioritize the distribution of assets recovered from other asset management companies to members. However, due to ongoing investigations into B&S Holdings and Haru Invest, it is difficult to determine the asset distribution schedule. When asked about the possibility of recovering assets entrusted to B&S Holdings, Lee stated that the current situation does not allow for a determination of the likelihood of recovery, and that the most important task now is to cooperate with the investigative agency to recover as many assets as possible from B&S Holdings. He believes that preventing B&S Holdings from engaging in other activities and actively cooperating with the investigation is the top priority. In addition, the asset distribution schedule will be determined based on the investigation results.
