Japanese financial company SBI has partnered with Ripple to provide XRP remittance services to certain Southeast Asian countries.

BlockBeats News, on September 6th, SBI Group, a Japanese financial holding company, announced that its international remittance subsidiary, SBI Remit, has partnered with Ripple and SBI Ripple Asia to provide XRP remittance services to bank accounts in multiple Southeast Asian countries. SBI did not mention the specific launch date of the service, but it will be launched within this month.
