X (formerly known as Twitter) has launched a "community notes" feature for videos.
BlockBeats reported on September 6th that X (formerly Twitter) has launched a "community notes" feature for videos, which is part of its existing crowdsourced content review program. The platform announced that notes from contributors related to the video will be displayed in all posts containing the video. This is aimed at providing more background information for edited video clips, AI-generated videos, and more.
Previously, the company began supporting community notes for images in May, so people can get more context information when viewing images anywhere.
