Binance has registered an official Twitter account for the Japanese market, Binance Japan.
BlockBeats reported on September 1 that Binance Japan released its first tweet, saying "こんにちは!" (hello) and the official Binance account retweeted it.
As previously reported by BlockBeats, on August 1, Binance Japan officially launched, offering a variety of products and services to Japanese users, including spot trading, financial products, and the Binance NFT platform. Binance Japan provides spot trading services for 34 tokens, including BNB, which is available for trading in Japan for the first time.
In November of last year, Binance acquired Sakura Exchange BitCoin (SEBC), a licensed local cryptocurrency trading service provider in Japan, and entered the Japanese market. SEBC has since changed its name to Binance Japan Inc. Existing Japanese users with Binance accounts began the migration process on August 14.
