Aptos launches new digital asset standard DA.

BlockBeats reported on August 23rd that Aptos has announced the launch of a new Aptos Digital Asset (DA) standard to address the limitations of ERC-721, SPL, TokenV1 and other standards. Aptos stated that the DA is specifically focused on NFTs in the Aptos blockchain, providing flexibility and programmability using the Move object model. The DA introduces enhanced functionality to achieve seamless airdrops, token soul binding, enhanced performance, and more efficient on-chain data management.
