According to TechCrunch, a letter sent to Tools for Humanity, the parent company of Worldcoin, revealed that the Kenyan Data Protection Commissioner's Office (ODPC) ordered the company to stop collecting personal data such as iris scans, facial recognition, and others in Kenya in May. The letter shows that the agents failed to inform individuals of the data security and privacy measures taken, as well as how the collected data will be used or processed.
