BlockFi will initiate a creditor vote on Chapter 11 bankruptcy plan.

BlockBeats News, on August 16th, the bankrupt crypto CeFi institution BlockFi announced on social media that the solicitation period for opinions on the Chapter 11 bankruptcy plan of BlockFi has begun. During this period, all eligible creditors will be able to vote on BlockFi's bankruptcy plan. BlockFi also stated that this plan is the quickest way for customers to receive the maximum compensation and encourages all eligible creditors to vote in support of the plan. Eligible creditors can vote on the plan through the Kroll website before 4:00 pm Eastern Time on September 11, 2023.
