Ethereum Holesky testnet is expected to launch on September 15th.

BlockBeats reported on August 11th that Parithosh Jayathi, an engineer at the Ethereum Foundation, announced that the Holešovice (Holesky) testnet is expected to launch around September 15th, after two coordination calls. The purpose of this testnet is to provide a platform for client teams to test larger-scale test clients than the mainnet, and to allow Home stakers to test their setups without risk. At the latest Ethereum core developer meeting, the Holesky plan was reported to have approximately 1.5 million validators.
