The Australian Securities and Investments Commission has revoked the AFS license of FTX Australia.

BlockBeats News, on July 19th, according to a statement from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), the commission has revoked FTX Australia's Australian Financial Services (AFS) license effective July 14th. Until July 12th, 2024, FTX Australia can provide limited financial services related to the termination of existing derivatives with clients. In addition, the revocation of the license does not affect FTX Australia's continued membership in the Australian Financial Complaints Authority, and arrangements have been made to compensate retail clients.
