MultiversX, a scalable blockchain, has launched an on-chain two-factor authentication standard.
According to BlockBeats news on July 14th, MultiversX, a scalable blockchain, has implemented a new two-factor authentication standard, which is now used as an additional transaction signature measure on the MultiversX blockchain protocol to increase network security. This feature utilizes Google Authenticator, Authy, Duo, Microsoft Authenticator, or biometric technology to provide a second signature before the transaction is processed on the chain.
Beniamin Mincu, CEO of MultiversX, stated that additional security should not come at the expense of user experience, but should aim to reduce friction in transaction signing.
