BlockBeats reported on July 3rd that Binance announced that, effective immediately, users affected by the XIRTAM incident can submit specific information through a designated form until 23:59 on August 2, 2023 Beijing time to apply for the return of XIRTAM assets. After verification, the Binance security team will return the corresponding ETH assets to eligible users through a smart contract address.
