Paradigm's official website homepage has added back the description related to "cryptocurrency". The co-founder stated that the previous removal was a mistake.

BlockBeats reported on July 2nd that Matt Huang, co-founder of the crypto venture capital firm Paradigm, stated that it was an error to remove all mentions of "crypto" from their website login page, which seemed absurd. Paradigm never left and has now returned. Upon BlockBeats' investigation, the Paradigm homepage currently states, "We focus on cutting-edge cryptography and related technologies." Previously, BlockBeats reported that Paradigm had made significant changes to their website homepage in early May, changing their description from "Paradigm supports disruptive crypto/Web3 companies and protocols with funding ranging from as little as $1 million to over $100 million" to "Paradigm is a research-oriented technology investment firm," and removing expressions related to crypto/Web3 such as "We believe cryptocurrency will define the next few decades."
