OKEx has released its seventh reserve proof, with a total reserve value of $10 billion USD in BTC, ETH, and USDT.
BlockBeats reported on May 29th that OKEx, a cryptocurrency exchange, has released its seventh Proof of Reserve (PoR), revealing that it now holds reserves for 22 different cryptocurrencies, all of which have reserve rates exceeding 100%. The reserve rates for BTC, ETH, and USDT are all at 103%, with the total value reaching $10 billion. OKEx has upgraded its PoR system with zk-STARK technology, allowing users to independently verify the platform's ability to pay at any time. OKEx is one of the few mainstream cryptocurrency trading platforms that publishes monthly Proof of Reserve reports.
Lennix Lai, OKEx's Global Chief Commercial Officer, stated that OKEx has been continuously releasing PoR reports since the end of 2022, setting the highest standards for platform security and transparency in the industry. He also emphasized the importance of simplifying the use of zk-STARK technology and continuously improving the Proof of Reserve system as necessary conditions to gain and maintain user trust.
