BlockFi has been ordered by the bankruptcy court to withdraw its unauthorized restructuring plan.
According to BlockBeats news on May 23rd, CoinDesk reported that a US bankruptcy court ordered the cryptocurrency lending platform BlockFi to withdraw a statement released on May 13th, as it was not approved by the court. A correction letter released by BlockFi shows that creditors and other parties do not support BlockFi's restructuring plan. The next bankruptcy hearing is scheduled for June 20th.
Previously, on May 13th, BlockFi submitted a disclosure statement stating that it would provide customers with the necessary information for asset liquidation so that they can make a decision on whether to vote to accept BlockFi's plan.
