DEUS: DEI attacker has returned approximately $1.07 million worth of assets on the BSC chain.
BlockBeats reported on May 7th that the DeFi protocol DEUS confirmed on Twitter that one of the addresses used by the DEI attacker (beginning with 0xdf610228) had transferred 1,070,127 Binance-Peg Dai Tokens (worth approximately $1.07 million) to a BSC multi-signature address controlled by the DEUS team.
As previously reported, the stablecoin DEI launched by DEUS was hacked yesterday, with losses exceeding $6.3 million. DEUS stated today that they will not take any legal action if the funds are returned, and 20% of the funds will be offered as a bug bounty.
