Three Arrows Capital co-founder Kyle Davies has been ordered to respond to a subpoena from a US court within two weeks.
BlockBeats reported on March 30 that Kyle Davies, the founder of Three Arrows Capital (3AC), has two weeks to respond to subpoenas related to the hedge fund's books and records, according to a ruling by a US bankruptcy court. The court has determined that the subpoena served via Twitter "complies with due process." Davies and Zhu Su have been ordered to appear in the British Virgin Islands on May 22. The court stated this week that failure to comply with this request will result in contempt of court.
