NFT awarded gaming platform Burn Ghost a $3.1 million seed round, led by Drive by DraftKings and others

BlockBeats: Burn Ghost, a casual games startup that rewards players with NFT prizes, has raised a $3.1 million seed round, Decrypt reported on November 29. Drive by DraftKings and games-focused fund Bitkraft Ventures co-led the round, with Pillar VC participating. Burn Ghost CEO and co-founder Steve Curran says Burn Ghost won't be building complex games around NFT development, but will focus on simple, accessible casual games with a skill component. Burn Ghost will open to the public in the first quarter of 2023.
