Cboe and SBI will explore joint initiatives in equities and digital assets

Cboe Global Markets and Japanese financial services giant SBI signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on Oct. 25, in which the two sides agreed to discuss potential business cooperation opportunities in traditional and digital finance, Seek cooperation and proposed joint business plans between the two companies in equities, digital assets and other financial products and services, subject to regulatory approvals. They will explore expanding Cboe Japan's presence in the equity market and have SBI expand its global distribution network for equities and digital assets
