Singapore-based fund ACA Group has dropped its bid to acquire Japanese cryptocurrency trading platform bitFlyer operator

BlockBeats news, on October 2, the Nikkei reported that Singapore-based fund ACA Group has decided not to acquire bitFlyer Holdings, the operator of Japanese cryptocurrency trading platform bitFlyer. In April, ACA reached an agreement with the shareholder coalition of BitFlyer Holdings to buy a majority stake in BitFlyer, valued at up to 45 billion yen ($370 million) at the time.
