South Korean prosecutor: Do Kwon always had 'circumstantial evidence of escape', so arrest warrant was first issued

According to Bloomberg, South Korean prosecutors said there had been "circumstantial evidence of escape" since Do Kwon left for Singapore, which is why the arrest warrant was issued in the first place. It also declined to comment on whether it knew of Do Kwon's whereabouts or planned to contact Interpol. As previously reported by BlockBeats, on September 15, South Korean prosecutors asked the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to impose administrative sanctions on five people, including Terra founder Do Kwon, including the forced cancellation of their passports; Singapore police later said Do Kwon was no longer in the country, and Do Kwon responded on social media that he was not "on the run."
