Web3 compliance company Satschel closed a $5.2 million seed round led by Brand Foundry Ventures on September 16, BlockBeats reports. Satchel uses Compliance Fabric technology to help financial services companies complete KYC and AML regulations and quickly familiarize investors and customers with the process. In addition, the funding announcement comes just days after Satschel announced a partnership with Assure, a fintech company with more than $9 billion in assets under management, whose clients include Republic, Forge, and Tech Coast Angels.
