The Besu client is 100% ready for the Ethereum merger and upgrade

According to the latest data disclosed by EtherNodes, the current Besu client has completed 100% of the Ethereum merger and upgrade preparations, and is also the first client to complete the Ethereum merger and upgrade preparations among the four executor layer clients. Among the other three executor layer clients: Go-ethereum (Geth) has 88% merger-ready clients, Erigon 93% and Nethermind 92%.
