SEC Creates' Office of Cryptocurrency Disclosure '

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is launching a new cryptocurrency disclosure office, according to The Block. The office will be part of The Corporate Finance Department, which handles disclosures for publicly traded companies. The Cryptocurrency Disclosure Office will have legal and accounting branches and will provide consulting and filing services for cryptocurrency companies to tailor public disclosures.
