Kyle Roche claimed that the recordings posted on Cryptoleaks were made without his consent during private meetings with Christen Ager-Hanssen, It turns out Christen was doing it for DFINITY Foundation founder Dominic Williams. Last October, Roche Freedman filed a class action lawsuit against Dominic and his DFINITY Foundation. Kyle Roche said, "The statements in the video are false and were obtained through deception, including the use of leading questions to deliberately trick me and then take advantage of my plan." Ava Labs founder Emin Gun Sirer responded that Ava Labs does not engage in malicious attacks against competitors.
